My father (pet name Buster) was born and brought up in India and loved all things pickle so this one is for him. A warm, not-too-sweet pickle, rich with smoky aubergine, tamarind, curry leaves and gentle spice.
Aubergines (46%), Brown Sugar, Onion, Cider Vinegar, Raisins, Coconut Oil, Tamarind Paste, Tomato Puree, Root Ginger, Mustard Seeds, Sea Salt, Cumin, Curry Leaves.
Great with many Indian dishes but also a perfect partner to cold meats and actually works well with cheese too.
As there are ‘Absolutely no Additives’ in all our preserves, we’d encourage you to keep your opened jars in the fridge. All our products are totally natural and some may fade slightly in bright light, also some are quite softly set, so it’s best to store them in a cool, dark place and always refrigerate when open, use within a month of opening.
