Thank-you for visiting our online shop. If you browse and use this website you are agreeing to be bound by its terms and conditions, summarised below.

Your order

We make every effort to ensure that all the products shown in our online shop are in stock, but if we sell out we will email you directly to inform you. We will let you know if we can deliver your product at a later date or offer you a full refund.

Faults

In the unlikely event that you have a fault with any of our products please contact us by email at hello@jeannieskitchengarden.com or call us on 07771 652427 immediately. Retain the jar or item and make a note of the Best Before date – all our products are handmade and may differ slightly from batch to batch.

Payment

Debit and credit card orders are processed securely by PayPal. Payment is by debit or credit card with order, online, by phone or by post. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

Packaging

To minimise the possibility of breakages all items will be delivered in a three-jar box which has been wrapped carefully. Please recycle and reuse all our packaging.
